We're hiring a ServiceNow Analyst who knows the product well and can work directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into the right ServiceNow solution - guiding them toward what the platform does well and steering them away from requests that don't fit.

We're hiring a ServiceNow Analyst who knows the product well and can work directly with business stakeholders to translate their needs into the right ServiceNow solution - guiding them toward what the platform does well and steering them away from requests that don't fit.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders across workstreams to gather and clarify requirements
- Translate business processes and pain points into ServiceNow-compatible solutions
- Advise stakeholders on what ServiceNow can and can't do well, and recommend the right approach for their need
- Document current-state and future-state processes, and write clear user stories/requirements for the development team
- Facilitate workshops and demos to align stakeholders on process design before build
- Support UAT, training, and adoption for new workstream rollouts
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/implementation teams
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with ServiceNow as the primary platform
- Solid working knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities across modules (ITSM, IRM, CSM, SecOps, CLM, or Vendor/Procurement)
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specs or user stories
- Strong facilitation skills - comfortable running requirements workshops with non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read a process and identify where ServiceNow adds value vs. where it doesn't
- Background in change management or user adoption/training
- Exposure to IT compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) as they relate to IRM
