Job description

The Enterprise System Associate I plays a key role in sustaining daily IT operational stability by providing prompt and effective technical support to employees. Serving as the primary point of contact through the Help Desk, this role handles IT incidents, service requests, access management, hardware and software troubleshooting, and user onboarding/offboarding. Responsibilities include supporting end users, resolving routine technical issues, escalating complex problems, contributing to service-level performance, and ensuring continuity of IT services through accurate documentation and adherence to established service desk processes.

  • Develops and maintains operational, procedural, and informational documentation for enterprise information systems and provides end user support and training as necessary.
  • Communicates clearly at all levels and present complex technical concepts in nontechnical terms.
  • Develops and maintains an understanding of application dependencies, workflows, integrations, and processes surrounding applications.
  • Participates and drives continuous improvement.
  • Maintains strong working knowledge of sales, support, and manufacturing operations to identify opportunities for improvements in its enterprise solutions offering.
  • Maintains understanding of applicable security compliance requirements related to enterprise systems including but not limited to, ISO 27001.
  • Acts as technical resource available to the organization to address internal, customer-facing, or supplier-related events, as necessary.
  • Provides Help Desk support to customers for all areas related to Information Systems.
  • Troubleshoot users’ routine problems in order to identify solutions and/or type of support needed.

  • High School diploma or it’s equivalent plus a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a related area. A bachelor’s degree may substitute for related experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Java experience in the Dynamics CRM environment, Dynamics 365 modules include Customer Engagement, Sales and Field Service. 

  • Salary: $19.70-$25.70/hr and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
