Responsibilities
The Systems Analyst I (Emerging Technologies & AI) role is a hybrid (in-office/remote) position responsible for assisting with process transformation, including research, implementation, facilitation and training to drive adoption of new technologies, including AI, digital experience and cloud-based productivity platforms. This role blends hands-on training, technology enablement, and project management to help teams maximize the value of Microsoft tools, digital platforms and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people work smarter, has strong experience translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and training materials, and can facilitate cross-functional initiatives that improve productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following :
  • Ability to act as a champion for digital transformation and innovation, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows using automation and AI tools
    Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
    Promotion and coaching of best practices for digital productivity, knowledge management, and collaboration

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
  • BS or BA in related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with clinical and/or financial applications within a healthcare/physician practice environment.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience with on-line information systems; healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong analytic and organizational skills, particularly in planning, communications, process design and problem solving.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of users who have a varying level of computer expertise.
  • Certification or demonstrated experience with Epic, AI and/or Microsoft applications is preferred.
