We are looking for a Senior Network Security Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, lifecycle management, and operations of enterprise network security infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the service delivery, availability, and performance of our network while collaborating closely with various teams to support business-critical services.

This is a hands-on senior role with strong involvement in operations, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Responsible for Every Day


Operations & Incident Management

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex network security incidents and requests.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts in collaboration with various teams such as Security, Applications, Operations, and Infrastructure.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to ensure timely response to critical issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize business impact.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks.

Infrastructure & Service Management

  • Design, deploy, and maintain firewall and network infrastructure.
  • Manage provisioning and lifecycle of network components across environments.
  • Own firewall-related assets and ensure proper governance within CMDB.
  • Work with application owners and infrastructure teams for service delivery.
  • Take ownership of change management, ensuring proper planning, risk assessment, and execution.

Projects & Cross-Team Delivery

  • Participate in infrastructure projects from design through implementation and hypercare.
  • Define technical implementation plans and deployment strategies.
  • Act as a key liaison across application, infrastructure, and network towers.
  • Ensure seamless coordination for deployments and integrations.
  • Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness.

Performance, Compliance & Improvement

  • With the team, define and track KPIs related to availability, capacity, and performance.
  • Contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in collaboration with all impacted teams.
  • Support audits, lifecycle management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with various technical teams to ensure end-to-end service reliability.
  • Share and build technical expertise.
  • Promote best practices and foster a collaborative, cross-functional culture.
  • Drive operational excellence across all infrastructure domains.

The Profile That Will Thrive in This Role


  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise network and firewall environments.
  • Strong expertise in routing, switching, and network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto) and SASE solutions.
  • Experience with SD-WAN (e.g., Arista VeloCloud) and Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including packet analysis.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team (cross-tower) environments.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, French and English.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a key differentiator
