Abrigo is seeking an IT Services Administrator to join our Team who provides IT support to internal customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT administration, proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This individual will consistently take ownership of tasks and seek better methods to assist employees and increase efficiency. This position is in-office based in Raleigh, NC and will report to the Manager of IT Services.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Deliver white glove service to internal customers of varying technical ability across multiple office locations both in person and through remote support tools.
  • Effectively translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand language to assist non-technical customers
  • Monitor the Abrigo service desk ticketing system and service channels to address Tier 2 & 3 technology issues in a timely fashion
  • Support escalation from IT Service Specialist team members as needed
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments, including user management, configuration, and system health
  • Lead and execute medium to high level projects within the full Microsoft Admin Suite, Entra ID, Intune, and other Enterprise Applications
  • Configure, manage, and support our internal VoIP solution
  • Configure, manage, and support our internal MDM solutions for remote management of assets, both Windows and Mac
  • Utilize PowerShell or other scripting tools to automate provisioning, administrative tasks, and operational workflows
  • Communicate and assist with external vendor relations to evaluate, test, implement, and configure new solutions and tools
  • Train and mentor IT Service Specialist(s) on IT fundamentals and knowledge transfer as needed
  • Partner with Cloud Security to enforce identity and endpoint security policies and assist with vulnerability remediation
  • Partner with our IT Risk team to support audit and compliance initiatives
  • Maintain a constant mindset of proactively thinking about better methods or technologies to assist our employees and increase efficiency

What You’ll Need: 

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support, system administration, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Experience administering and supporting enterprise IT systems and platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and SaaS environments
  • Ability to follow and improve defined IT and Security standard operating procedures
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized while working on several projects or tasks at once.
  • Strong ability to show initiative in solving problems and actively seeks opportunities for growth
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse user base
  • Ability to document issue resolution and maintain working documentation as needed
  • Proven experience to lead and complete projects in a timely manner, hitting or exceeding
  • Candidates with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure certifications are preferred
  • Ability to work extended and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
