Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infor Functional Analyst specializing in Configuration, Data Analysis, and Testing. This role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating, administering, and supporting Infor applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Infor application modules, business rules, workflows, and system settings according to business requirements.
  • Analyze payroll data, perform reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Configure and support Infor Payroll, gather business requirements, and execute testing for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into configuration and solution designs.
  • Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve application performance and user experience.
  • Develop, execute, and document functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance test cases.
  • Validate system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate defect resolution with technical teams and vendors.
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and releases by performing impact analysis and end-to-end testing.
  • Maintain test documentation, configuration records, and process documentation.
  • Assist with data validation, user training, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and user experience.

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Infor Payroll or Infor HCM.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes.
  • Sharp attention to detail, particularly when validating numerical payroll outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Infor Certification is required; candidates must hold a current and valid Infor certification relevant to HCM, Payroll, or a related Infor product module.
