Job description

Can you turn complex aerospace prints into reliable, efficient toolpaths?

Join PrideStaff’s client in Bend, Oregon and help drive precision manufacturing in an AS9100-certified environment.

Your impact
  • Own Mastercam programming for 3- and 4-axis VMCs, lathes, and multi-tasking mill/turn equipment.
  • Collaborate on the floor to prove out, validate, and optimize NC programs with Machinists.
  • Design custom fixtures and tooling in SolidWorks to stabilize and standardize setups.
  • Produce setup sheets, review BOMs, and maintain travelers to keep production flowing.
  • Partner with Management, Quality, and Production Control to resolve technical issues and uphold AS9100 standards.
  • Lead safety- and quality-first continuous improvements across programs and processes.
Must-haves
  • 5+ years of 3- and 4-axis CNC programming; aerospace experience is a plus.
  • Mastery of Mastercam; familiarity with SolidWorks and ERP (Infor Visual) is beneficial.
  • Deep knowledge of GD&T and advanced shop math (Trigonometry); adept with metals and non-metals.
  • Comfort with AS9100 systems and precision sheet metal processes.
  • Excellent communicator who is self-directed and upholds a respectful, ethical workplace.

  • You know: G-Code
