Sundae Creative est a la recherche d'une Coordonnateurtrice en marketing d'influence pour se joindre a son equipe d'influence en pleine croissance. C'est une occasion stimulante pour quelqu'un qui est passionnee par le marketing d'influence, qui excelle a batir des relations solides et qui a envie d'avoir un reel impact. Relevant directement de notre Gestionnaire du marketing d'influence, tu seras au cur de l'action : gestion de campagnes, collaboration avec des createurs de contenu a travers le Canada et soutien a divers projets interfonctionnels. Ton role au quotidien :


  • Executer des campagnes avec rigueur en utilisant les plus recents outils et plateformes de marketing d'influence afin d'optimiser les operations, suivre les performances et maximiser l'impact des campagnes.
  • Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec nos createurs de contenu en assurant une livraison impeccable des campagnes et en recueillant activement leurs commentaires grace a des sondages de satisfaction, favorisant ainsi les collaborations recurrentes et les partenariats a long terme.
  • Developper et enrichir notre base de donnees de createurs de contenu en Amerique du Nord en atteignant des objectifs mensuels d'integration.
  • Agir de facon proactive comme principal point de contact entre ton equipe et les createurs de contenu, en assurant une collaboration harmonieuse, en repondant aux questions lorsqu'elles surviennent et en maintenant une communication ouverte.
  • Effectuer le suivi et l'analyse des performances des campagnes d'influence et fournir des donnees ainsi que des recommandations concretes pour leur optimisation.
  • Participer a la planification et a la coordination sur place d'evenements, d'experiences et d'activations lies aux createurs de contenu.
  • Soutenir la vente de services complementaires et contribuer a l'obtention d'au moins un nouveau projet lie a l'influence par trimestre.
  • Creer des moodboards visuels et des guides de contenu au besoin.
  • Rester a l'affut des tendances de l'industrie et informer l'equipe interne ainsi que les clients des plus recentes evolutions en marketing d'influence.


Ton profil :


  • Tu possedes de 1 a 2 ans d'experience concrete en marketing d'influence, au sein d'une agence de relations publiques, de marketing ou de gestion de talents.
  • Tu as commence a developper un solide reseau de createurs de contenu a travers le Canada et tu as demontre ta capacite a entretenir et faire evoluer ces relations.
  • Tu as travaille avec des clients dans les secteurs des produits de consommation courante (CPG), de la beaute et du lifestyle, et tu comprends bien les metriques et indicateurs de performance (KPI) des campagnes sur les medias sociaux.
  • Tu es une veritable joueureuse d'equipe, perseverante et toujours prete a en faire plus pour soutenir tes collegues et contribuer au succes collectif.
  • Tu as une attitude proactive, une forte volonte de reussir et la capacite de livrer des resultats exceptionnels dans un environnement dynamique et en constante evolution.
  • Plus important encore : tu es motivee par l'apprentissage continu et le developpement de tes competences dans le monde des relations publiques et du marketing d'influence en agence, et ton enthousiasme pour l'industrie est contagieux.
  • Une excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, ou un bilinguisme complet, constitue un atout important.

The Sundae Fam is looking for a Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join their growing Influencer Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for influencer marketing, a knack for building strong relationships, and a hunger to make an impact.Reporting directly to our Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of it all: managing campaigns,collaborating with influencers across the Canadian landscape, and supporting cross-functional projects. Your Scope of Work :

  • Execute campaigns with finesse, leveraging the latest influencer marketing tools and platforms to streamline operations, monitor progress, and maximize campaign impact.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships with our influencers by ensuring exceptional campaign delivery and actively gathering feedback through satisfaction surveys, fostering repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Expand and curateour growing database of influencers in the North American marketthrough monthly onboarding goals.
  • Take a proactive role in being the main point of contact between members of your team and influencers, ensuring a harmonious partnership, addressing inquiries when they arise, and maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of Influencer campaigns, delivering data and actionable insights for optimization.
  • Assist in event planning and on-site coordination for influencer-related events, experiences, and activations.
  • Support the upselling of additional services and help secure at least one new influencer-related project per quarter.
  • Generate visual mood boards and content guidelines when requested.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and keep both the internal team and clients informed about the latest developments in influencer marketing.


Your Profile:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the influencer marketing space, working within the PR, marketing or Talent Management space.
  • You've started gaining strong connections with influencers across the Canadian. landscape and with a proven ability to nurture and grow these relationships.
  • You've worked with clients from CPG, beauty, and lifestyle industries and possessan understanding of metrics and KPIs for social media campaigns.
  • You're a true team player with grit, always ready to go above and beyond to support your colleagues and ensure the success of the team.
  • You have a go-getter attitude with the drive to succeed and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
