Social media influencers are individuals who have built a significant following on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Twitter, and can sway the opinions or purchasing decisions of their audience through their content. They create and share engaging posts, videos, or stories, often around specific themes such as fashion, travel, fitness, or technology. Brands frequently partner with influencers to promote products or services because of their ability to reach and connect authentically with niche audiences. Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media analytics dashboards is essential. Creativity, authenticity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills help build trust and foster a dedicated following. Job description

PABLO partners with select influencers and creators to help us reach new audiences and create attention around the brand.

This is for established creators with a strong audience and proven content. Influencer partnerships are built around specific campaigns, events, launches, and promotions rather than an ongoing ambassador role.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with PABLO on select paid social media campaigns

Create original content around a specific event, promotion, launch, or PABLO experience

Publish agreed-upon TikToks, Reels, posts, stories, or other content to your audience

Bring your own creative style and personality to the partnership

Help generate awareness, engagement, and excitement around PABLO

Meet agreed-upon content requirements and posting dates

Provide basic campaign performance and engagement results when requested

Who We’re Looking For:

Creators with an established and engaged social media audience

Strong content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other relevant platforms

A following that fits PABLO’s audience and brand

Consistent views, engagement, and quality content

Creators who understand how to promote a brand without making the content feel forced

Professional communication and reliability

Local and regional creators are encouraged to apply

How Partnerships Work:

Influencer partnerships are contracted on a campaign-by-campaign basis.

Before each campaign, PABLO and the creator will agree on content deliverables, posting dates, compensation, and any content usage.

Compensation is based on audience size, engagement, content requirements, and the scope of the campaign.

Interested in partnering with PABLO?

Apply with your social media accounts, audience information, average views or engagement, and examples of previous brand partnerships.
