What is an influencer project manager?

An Influencer Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns for brands or agencies. Senior Electrical Project Manager - Mission-Critical Data Centers

Location: Major Projects Throughout Texas/Nation

Schedule: Full-Time | Project-Site Based

Project Scope: $20M+ Electrical Packages

Relocation Assistance: Available for Qualified Candidates

About Us:

We are a nationally recognized construction organization delivering some of the most sophisticated, fast-paced, and technically demanding building programs in the country. Our teams combine advanced preconstruction, design-build collaboration, innovative construction technology, and disciplined field execution to bring next-generation mission-critical environments to life. With a significant pipeline of work throughout Texas, we offer exceptional stability, leadership visibility, and the opportunity to build projects that will shape the future of digital infrastructure.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical scopes on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects throughout the Nation

This is not a role where you simply inherit a schedule and maintain the status quo. You will take ownership of complex projects from early planning and design coordination through procurement, construction, commissioning, and final closeout. You will have the authority to make meaningful decisions, build high-performing teams, protect project profitability, and directly influence the success of some of the most advanced construction programs in the market.

  • Build next-generation infrastructure: Deliver technically advanced data center environments supporting the continued growth of digital technology.
  • Lead major project scopes: Take full ownership of electrical packages valued at $20 million and above.
  • Influence projects early: Participate in conceptual planning, preconstruction, constructability, design coordination, procurement, and execution strategy.
  • Operate with real authority: Make the decisions necessary to maintain production, control cost, resolve risk, and protect the project.
  • Gain executive visibility: Your results, leadership, and impact will be recognized by senior decision-makers.
  • Work with elite teams: Partner with experienced operations, preconstruction, engineering, field, safety, and commissioning professionals.
  • Access long-term opportunity: Join a growing operation supported by a strong pipeline of mission-critical work throughout Texas.
  • Receive relocation support: Assistance is available for qualified professionals interested in moving into the Texas market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead large-scale electrical construction projects from conceptual planning and preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
  • Accept full responsibility for project execution, including safety, schedule, cost, quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, trade contractors, planners, and field leadership to create and manage coordinated design and construction schedules.
  • Assist with preconstruction strategy, conceptual budgeting, scope development, estimating coordination, constructability reviews, and procurement planning.
  • Manage bidding, subcontractor evaluation, contract buyout, vendor selection, and major equipment procurement.
  • Establish project budgets, cost forecasts, cash-flow projections, manpower plans, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor project costs, commitments, productivity, contingency, earned value, and projected profitability.
  • Identify design, procurement, contractual, scheduling, and operational risks before they affect construction.

What Sets You Apart:

  • Minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven success managing electrical construction scopes valued at $20 million or more.
  • Significant experience delivering large-scale data center, mission-critical, advanced technology, industrial, or complex commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical distribution, emergency power, controls, low-voltage systems, building systems, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Experience managing projects through preconstruction, design development, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final closeout.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project management personnel and collaborate effectively with field supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and technical documentation.

Preferred Technology Experience

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is highly valued:

  • Procore
  • Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Project
  • Primavera P6
  • Accubid
  • BIM and digital coordination platforms
  • Microsoft Office and advanced Excel reporting tools

Field Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely within active construction environments.
  • Ability to navigate multilevel jobsites, including stairs and ladders.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions throughout different stages of construction.
  • Ability to read construction documents and visualize complex two- and three-dimensional building details.
  • Ability to travel or relocate within Texas based on project requirements.

What’s Offered:

  • Highly competitive base salary, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity
  • Relocation assistance for qualified candidates
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement program
  • Disability and life insurance
