We’re looking for a strong leader to steer the ship and help us grow our company! If you’re passionate about secondhand fashion, operations, and scaling a startup with real impact, this is for you!
About Us:
Grab N Go Mrkt and Arkollab are multi-channel secondhand retailer & wholesaler rooted in sustainability and style. From curated vintage to authenticated luxury, we operate with a fresh take on secondhand fashion with thriving retail stores in Houston and New York, while Tokyo expansion is on the horizon. We are definitely scaling faster than anticipated and we need your help.
The role we are currently hiring for is a Regional Manager that will wear multille hats at once! Must be cricitical thinking, analyzes and solves problems and must be able to adapt to new challenges and roles: 
Location: the join is based in Houston, Texas. However must be able to travel to Brooklyn & Japan occassionally 
Type: Full time (base + commission if you can help get our sales up and scale the company) ideally we are willing to start this role with a base salary of $30,000 + commission with 6 month evaluation for pay raise depending on sales and performance.
What You’ll Be In Charge Of:
• Personnel Operations: Hiring, onboarding, team check-ins, performance write-ups, and offboarding across all locations
• Payroll & Scheduling: Run bi-weekly payroll and ensure company hours and allocation is aligned with sales goals
• Supply Management: Order supplies and coordinate with our contract workers if any repairs are necessary for either locations 
• Leadership & Delegation: Oversee department managers (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and live commerce) and ensure smooth team operations across all departments
• Logistics & Shipping: Oversee shipments to the Houston & Brooklyn and streamline warehouse/rag house pickups & drop-offs to laundry, etc. (must have knowledge regarding secondhand and or vintage clothing)
• Company Growth: Identify opportunities for scaling, improving systems, and increasing brand impact
• Sales Oversight: Track sales metrics and performance benchmarks across all departments 
• Event Management: Organize event planning and execution at our Houston and Brooklyn stores - especially our once a month event which is our Second Hand Market
• Influencer Collaborations: Work with content creators and onboard at least 2 influencers monthly for social media partnerships to promotr the retail store and second hand market 
• Travel: Must be willing to travel to our Brooklyn location and Japan for sourcing, events, or training when needed
& more tasks and goals that may come a long the way. We need someone flexible and excited to grow in a very dynamic & sales driven team.
Must Be Willing to Wear Many Hats at once and lead a dynamic team. We currenly have 15-20 employees at any given time.
