What you'll do

  • Drive engagement, education, and procedures of various technology programs and initiatives
  • Ensure documents and forms are updated or managed, related to Inflight Technology systems
  • Supports tasks and delivery of items submitted through tech requests, system access adjustments, or other forms related to the Innovation and Delivery team
  • Serves as go-to person for content updates
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for workflows and support for power platforms
  • Track monthly metrics used to brief leaders and make data-driven decisions

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
  • 3+ years of relevant experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Exceptional consensus building, leadership, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a high volume, operationally driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation
  • Understanding and knowledge of mobile solutions
  • Effective organizational, project planning, and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with sound judgment
  • Ability to be customer service-oriented and develop positive working relationships with external service providers as well as internal constituents

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, complete projects on time and perform under pressure and respond to changing priorities
