Clayton designs and manufactures tools and equipment used by commercial and military aerospace customers to manufacture and maintain aircraft and vehicles. More information at www.DustlessMadeSimple.com. We are a 40+ year manufacturer of Safety Solutions for Aerospace Customers. This is a small (35-40 employee) family owned business.

We design and manufacture high-quality inflatable booths, sanding systems, Commercial Vacuum systems and other custom industrial products right here in Florida. If youre a team player whos good with your hands and takes pride in quality work, this might be your next move. Were expanding our production team and looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in hands-on work and quality craftsmanship.


You will spend your time:

  • Assembling products like vacuums, sanders, hoses, pneumatic and electric tools
  • Assembling products by hand following a specific process as indicated in training documentation
  • Reading drawings, schematics, or similar documentation to ensure conformance to specifications
  • Using hand tools and power tools to accurately assemble products


Qualifications:

  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have good computer skills
  • Experience using a web browser to access job tickets and print labels
  • Attention to detail
  • Must have some experience using hand tools
  • Must be dependable and responsible
  • Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time
  • US work authorization (Required)
  • High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid US drivers license
