The Royal Caribbean Group's HR Finance Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Crew Acquisition Movement Senior Financial Analyst to the Workforce Planning & Strategy Sr Manager.

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Crew Acquisition Movement (CAM) Finance provides financial analysis and strategic oversight for all crew movement and acquisition costs-including travel, logistics, and onboarding activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency and compliance, while supporting operational readiness to deliver exceptional guest experiences through optimal crew deployment.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads financial analysis for crew movement expenses, including travel, visa processing, training, and onboarding costs.
  • Develops accurate forecasts and budgets to support global crew deployment strategies.
  • Prepares detailed variance reports and performance metrics for leadership to assess cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluates financial impact of new crew movement initiatives and policy changes.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition, Logistics, and HR teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Implements financial controls to ensure compliance with corporate standards and international regulations.
  • Manages complex datasets to analyze trends in crew travel patterns and optimize cost projections.
  • Supports process improvements by recommending tools and methodologies that enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • MBA or professional certification (CPA/CFA) preferred.
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience required
  • Exposure to global operations and cost control for high-volume employee movement preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and cost analysis capabilities.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus); SAP and Hyperion experience also a plus.
  • Ability to interpret operational data and link to financial performance metrics.
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills to present findings and influence operations leaders.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to partner across geographically distributed teams.
  • Adaptability in managing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
