Job description

Job Title: Threat Intelligence & Data Analyst, Mission Assurance (USSF) | The Watchtower
Location: The Pentagon
Who You Are:
You are naturally curious and never satisfied with surface-level answers. When you see a threat report, intelligence feed, vulnerability assessment, or adversary activity, your first instinct is to understand the bigger picture. You want to know who is behind it, why it matters, what systems it could impact, and what decision-makers need to know before it becomes a problem.
You connect information that others overlook. You can take fragments of intelligence from multiple sources, identify patterns, and transform raw data into meaningful insights. Whether analyzing cyber threats, counterspace capabilities, supply chain risks, or emerging adversary tactics, you understand that intelligence is only valuable when it can be translated into action.
You are equally comfortable working with technical experts, engineers, operators, and senior leaders. You know how to communicate complex findings in a way that informs decisions and strengthens mission success. Your analysis matters because it helps protect critical capabilities and ensures mission resilience in an increasingly contested environment.
The bottom line: You are an analytical problem-solver who thrives on turning data into understanding, uncertainty into awareness, and intelligence into action.
Who We Are:
Infinity Labs is an innovation-driven company with world-class expertise in the defense and national security sectors. Infinity Labs provides cutting-edge engineering technologies and solutions, including modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A), research and development (R&D), cyber operational technology, and training. Our extensive project portfolio covers a vast range of physical scales and applications, from materials and components to subsystems, platforms, and systems of systems. We integrate science and systems as part of our overall solutioning approach, and we investigate advanced concepts and technologies with disruptive application potential. The sophistication of our work directly reflects the ingenuity and proficiency of our team. Our workforce shapes the future, and our employees are our greatest asset.
What You'll Do:
You will support U.S. Space Force Mission Assurance efforts by collecting, aggregating, correlating, and analyzing threat intelligence from multiple sources to identify risks to space systems, supporting infrastructure, and mission-critical capabilities.
You will evaluate adversary capabilities, intentions, and tactics that could impact space missions and translate complex intelligence into actionable assessments for government stakeholders. Working alongside engineers, system owners, and intelligence professionals, you will help integrate threat context into mission assurance products and risk assessments.
Your day-to-day activities may include analyzing threat data from classified and open-source reporting, maintaining intelligence repositories, supporting vulnerability and mission impact assessments, producing written intelligence products, developing briefings for leadership, and monitoring the evolving threat landscape across cyber, counterspace, and supply chain domains.
Simply put, you will help decision-makers understand the threats they face today and prepare for the threats they may face tomorrow.
Minimum Qualifications/What You'll Bring:
  • 4-7+ years of experience in threat intelligence analysis, intelligence fusion, data aggregation, risk analysis, or a related intelligence discipline.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, U.S. Space Force, or U.S. Air Force programs.
  • Experience collecting, correlating, and analyzing intelligence from multiple sources, including OSINT, cyber threat intelligence, SIGINT, GEOINT, or other intelligence disciplines.
  • Strong analytical writing and briefing skills with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing intelligence assessments, reports, executive summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Familiarity with mission assurance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, or vulnerability assessment processes.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams consisting of engineers, analysts, operators, and government stakeholders.

Nice to Haves:
  • Highly Desired: Experience with the Fusion Analysis & Development Effort (FADE) suite of tools to include MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, and Linx.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, Space Operations Command, or other space-related mission organizations.
  • Experience with threat intelligence platforms, data aggregation tools, or intelligence analysis environments.
  • Experience using data visualization and analytic tools such as Palantir, Splunk, ArcGIS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of counterspace threats, including kinetic, non-kinetic, electronic warfare, and cyber threat categories.
  • Experience supporting Mission Assurance, Criticality Analysis, Mission Impact Assessment, or related resiliency efforts.
  • Prior experience briefing senior government leaders, executives, or flag-level officers.
  • Experience supporting classified space or national security programs.

Education/Credentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education, military experience, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
    • Required - Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required to support customer meetings, program reviews, and mission activities
