Job description

Job Summary:
Infinity Labs is an innovation-driven company with world-class expertise in the defense and national security sectors. As a Project Manager, you will define project scope and schedules while managing stakeholder requirements and ensuring effective team utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
• Define the scope and schedule of projects.
• Manage stakeholder requirements to ensure project execution aligns with changing expectations.
• Work across teams to ensure personnel are utilized to the best of their ability during and between projects.
• Identify potential risks to prevent project issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experiencing managing government contract types including CPFF, T&M, FFP
• Experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations & time zones
• Demonstrated ability to determine project scope, set project schedules, and manage resources
• Experience communicating and presenting to all levels within a company, including leadership, stakeholders, and customers
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build project budgets and expenditure plans
• Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experienced in project management processes and fundamentals
• BA or BS degree in one of the business disciplines (management, accounting, operations, etc.) or STEM
• US Citizenship is required for consideration, as this job requires a US government security clearance.
• Required – Secret security clearance
Preferred:
• Experience with government contracting compliant ERP software, such as Unanet
• Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• AGILE certifications including Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner
• Active Secret US government security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility
