This role is primarily remote, with opportunities to interact with clients in an outpatient setting. Our outpatient office in Virginia Beach serves as a supportive space where counselors engage with clients on an appointment basis, allowing for flexible scheduling to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to clients' situations.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, demonstrating accountability and professionalism in service delivery.
• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring holistic treatment options that consider clients' overall wellbeing.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, adapting discussions to creating a supportive environment that encourages sharing and healing.
• Provide consultations and support to clients' families, enhancing communication and understanding among loved ones.

As an LPC at Infinite Ties Wellness, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your expertise will aid in navigating complex family dynamics and addressing specific needs, such as substance abuse or relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will play a crucial role in establishing rapport to foster a safe and open dialogue throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is essential.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to handle a variety of client needs.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to the field of counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively build therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.
• Familiarity and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant counseling software.

• Specialization in trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
