Job description

Eagle Ridge Academy is a Tuition-Free Classical, College-Preparatory Charter School serving students and families in grades K-12.  Eagle Ridge offers an academically rigorous education that uses a time-tested, Classical, liberal arts curriculum.

Eagle Ridge Academy is planning to expand its programming and will be opening a new Elementary in the fall of 2026. We are currently recruiting for fall 2026 for our new site (ERA Site #2) located in Brooklyn Park, MN. 
Start date by July 1, as early as February  
Responsibilities: 
Administrative Support





Be a warm, welcoming presence and greet all guests at the front desk

Ensure phone calls are answered in a quick, warm manner, screen and direct calls as appropriate

Assist with check-in, check-out, inquiries and deliveries

Schedule meetings as needed.

Process student data, including attendance, update Infinite Campus.  Send letters to families, etc. 

Assist in coordinating publications.

Make copies of documents as needed.

Support planning and execution of school events

Project coordination as needed.  Assist Principals in implementing new projects/procedures/processes as needed.

Position is 1.0 Full-time, Days 179-186 (TBD)

Pay Rate: Non-Exempt Salary Schedule, Level IV. Hourly Range $19.09-$23.97 (DOQ and experience)
Required skills:

  • Minimum of three years experience in administrative role.  
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft (Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and the community
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely in written and oral communication
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential material and information with discretion and good judgment
