Job Description

We are currently standing up Remedy 8.1 in a new environment.ย Resource will act as the technical lead on the Remedy Upgradeย project, working closely with BMC, to ensure proper installation andย configuration of Remedy 8.1 application based on the Businessย Requirement Document. Resources is also responsible for enablingย and supporting all the integrations with the Remedy application.ย 

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in the softwareย development/deployment space
  • Understanding of distributed system infrastructure
  • Experience implementing package solutions and working with highlyย configurable systems
  • Solid understanding of unix/linux commands
  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy 8.1
