Job description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer Senior to join our team, supporting the Marietta Fabrication department in an analytics role. This role is key in optimizing production processes by monitoring metrics to drive continuous improvement, supporting our production customers, and maintaining operational excellence.
The individual will help the Production Operations team manage production activities through the use of a variety of industrial engineering and EVMS approaches. Will work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and a variety of Production support functions. This role will work to meet production plans and schedules, create and monitor production health metrics, and maintain work/time standards.
What You Will Be Doing
Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools.
Improve, automate, and sustain Industrial Engineering processes.
Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement.
Develop shop schedules and demand profiles to ensure optimal product flow and throughput.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment.
