Description

Ford's VME organization requires two (2) qualified resources to support a comprehensive analysis of current production and future product planning Industrial Engineering (IE) data. The engagement will focus on identifying correlations between product design, IE metrics, quality performance, and production output. Resources will validate data accuracy, build sustainable dashboard and tools, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to VME leadership (LL4/LL5) to inform business decisions. Responsibilities will include:

•Gather, consolidate, and assess existing IE data across plants and programs.

•Identify and analyze correlations between IE metrics, quality data, and production performance.

•Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of source data (target: <5% discrepancy).

•Design, build, and maintain a sustainable Power BI (or other) dashboard displaying IE metrics by Plant and Program.

•Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate data gathering, analysis, and dashboard development.

•Develop tools for utilizing data to assess future program content and labor

•Collaborate with multiple data owners and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data input.

•Deliver regular updates, insights, and recommendations to LL4 and LL5 leadership within the VME organization.

•Update tools and strategy to ensure alignment with leadership recommendations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $41.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
