In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the product development department to guide the design process based on manufacturing capabilities and OHS best practices
  • Plan, manage, and approve all activities related to the launch of new thermoforming products
  • Plan, monitor, and control launch activities using performance metrics to ensure efficient and comprehensive implementation
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders involved in the industrialization phases
  • Actively participate in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, enhancing safety, and improving the quality of the existing product line
