About the Role:

The Assistant Industrial Engineer (IE) Engineer plays a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality within a manufacturing environment. This position involves analyzing current production workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The Assistant IE Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, quality assurance and supply chain to implement process improvements and ensure seamless operations. They lead projects that drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven methodologies and industrial engineering principles. Ultimately, this role is critical in supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and sustainable manufacturing practices across its United States facilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduate or recent graduated.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
