WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and root causes
• Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving methods
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation, including inspection records, and department-related work instructions
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Support new product development by reviewing quality claims and trends and providing feedback to the engineering team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Demonstrate the ability to balance hands-on problem solving with data-driven analysis
• Elaborate reports that help drive initiatives for improvement
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
• Associate's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
• Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar standards
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications and Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Intermediate understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
• Experience working with suppliers and customer quality requirements

• May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting
• Noisy and busy environment on the shop floor
