Monster Tree Service of South Charlotte - Indian Trail / South Charlotte Market

$90-$100k Salary with Production Bonus + Paid Certifications + Career Path

Position Summary:

This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II-III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. This individual must perform at a high level technically, operate with discipline, and contribute to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is a senior position, and the individual will be considered part of our management team.

Job Description:
  • Execute advanced tree work under various production conditions
  • Maintain zero tolerance for preventable safety issues
  • Lead by example and elevate the crew around them
  • Operate within a structured, standards-driven system
  • Utilize advanced rigging systems and techniques
  • Perform crane-assisted removals
  • Perform specialty pruning
  • Follow all industry and internal standards
  • Manage and improve all process (e.g. Time Tracking, Job Briefings, Inventory)
  • Deliver a strong client experience

Pay Structure:
  • On target earnings will be between $90-$100k with a mix of salary and performance bonus. Base pay will depend on experience and credentials. Production Bonus will be based on exceeding base line targets.

Qualifications Required:
  • Valid Driver's License (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • 3+ years climbing experience
  • Preferred but not required
  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • TRAQ / CTSP / CDL
