Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Administrator with strong expertise in tenant administration, workspace management, user provisioning, role-based security, model access governance, and audit reporting. The resource will be responsible for assessing, documenting, administering, and improving Anaplan security and access controls across multiple workspaces and models within a global enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently performing administrative activities, supporting compliance reviews, generating user access reports, and recommending security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Administration
• Administer Anaplan Tenant settings and security policies.
• Manage Tenant-level roles, including:
o Tenant Admin
o Tenant Security Admin
o Tenant Auditor
o User Admin
o Integration Admin
o Workspace Admin
• Review and maintain tenant security configurations.
• Support audit and compliance initiatives.
User & Access Management
• Provision, modify, and deactivate users.
• Perform periodic access reviews.
• Validate user assignments across workspaces and models.
• Manage role assignments and segregation of duties.
• Ensure least-privilege access principles are followed.
• Support SSO and user lifecycle management processes.
Workspace & Model Administration
• Manage workspaces and workspace capacity.
• Identify model ownership and access assignments.
• Review model-level security and access controls.
• Maintain model inventories across environments.
• Coordinate workspace and model access requests.
Security & Role Management
• Analyze and administer:
o Model Roles
o Selective Access
o Dynamic Cell Access (DCA)
o Functional Roles
o Application Ownership
• Review module, list, action, and process permissions.
• Conduct security risk assessments and remediation recommendations.
Reporting & Audit Support
The consultant must be able to generate and reconcile reports showing:
• All active users

Develop audit-ready reports such as:
