Job Description Summary

Responsible for partnering with clients to analyze business processes, configure solutions, and implement data integrations between Netsmart software and third-party systems in both pre-production and production environments. This role serves as a bridge between client requirements and technical solutions, supporting system configuration, interface design, data validation, troubleshooting, and successful solution deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement technically focused solutions for multiple Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions.
  • Design and develop forms, reports, interfaces and other related system components.
  • Consult with clients on designs related to forms, reports and interfaces.
  • Support rollout of new solutions to clients, assisting with technical setup/configuration, data transfer testing protocol, and data transfer validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering by providing feedback and examples on how to improve code for logging, monitoring, alerting, analytics, and process improvements.
  • Lead client and third-party vendor calls to drive data mapping activities and translate business requirements between systems.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
  • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology, systems implementation, consulting, or systems management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask across projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to solve design and programming-related issues.

Preferred

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs).
  • Knowledge of HL7-based interfaces.
  • Understanding of BPMN tools with demonstrated ability to effectively model and analyze business processes.
  • Experience using SQL and PostgreSQL for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Understanding of database structures, relationships, and data architecture, enabling effective analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design across complex systems.

Expectations

  • Potential travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Position may require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional business hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and meet travel requirements.
