Building strong relationships with suppliers and clients also helps ensure smoother operations and long-term success.

What is an independent contractor supply chain?

Independent Contractor Supply Chain professionals are self-employed individuals or businesses who provide specialized supply chain services to companies on a contract basis. They may handle procurement, logistics, inventory management, or distribution without being permanent employees. Because they work independently, they manage their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
