We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services through the Elwyn Early Intervention Program throughout Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with children and families.

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy services for children in Philadelphia's Preschool Early Intervention program

Collaborate with caregivers, teachers and multidisciplinary team members

Complete evaluations, treatment planning, progress updates, and documentation in accordance with Elwyn and state guidelines

Participate in IEP meetings and consultations as needed

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Pennsylvania SLP license

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Early Intervention experience strongly preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently while remaining connected with the team
