Supervising Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Independent Contractor (1099) - Flexible Schedule
Ventura & Newbury Park, California
Children's Therapy Network (CTN) is expanding and looking for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a clinical supervisor supporting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and/or Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP who enjoys mentoring clinicians, completing evaluations, and guiding treatment planning while maintaining a flexible schedule. We are open to part-time or expanded hours depending on your availability.

Founded in 2004 by Dr. Cassandra Woods-Peirce (Dr. Cassie), Children's Therapy Network provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to families throughout Ventura County.
Our mission is simple: help children reach their highest potential while supporting the entire family system.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced SLP who can help guide and support developing clinicians while ensuring excellent clinical care for the children we serve.
This role primarily includes:
* Supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and/or Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs)
* Completing speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
* Supporting treatment planning and clinical decision-making
* Providing mentorship and professional guidance to developing clinicians
* Collaborating with our multidisciplinary therapy team (OT/PT/SLP)
Services are provided IN PERSON at our Ventura and Newbury Park clinic locations.

Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Active California SLP License
