Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Home IV Infusion Nurse
West Covina & surrounding areas
Per Diem / Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible!)

Weโ€™re looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide IV infusion therapy in patientsโ€™ homes throughout area. If you enjoy one-on-one patient care, working independently, and using your IV skills in a meaningful way, weโ€™d love to meet you!
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Provide in-home IV infusion nursing care
  • Access, maintain, and care for:
  • Ports
  • PIVs
  • PICC lines
  • Administer:
  • IV antibiotics
  • TPN
  • IVIG
  • Monitor patients during infusions and report any changes
  • Educate patients and families on IV therapy and infection prevention
  • Complete clear and timely documentation
  • Follow physician orders and safety protocols
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Active California RN license in good standing
  • IV infusion experience required (home care experience is a plus!)
  • Comfortable with port access, PICCs, PIVs, IV antibiotics, TPN, and IVIG
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home setting
  • Current BLS/CPR
  • Reliable transportation and valid driverโ€™s license
