One of our clients is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential treatment program. As an RN, you'll be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers. All Shifts Available. /b>
CLIENT'S HOURLY RATES
* Registered Nurse (RN): up to $60/hr.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
*Administer medications and monitor client responses
*Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
*Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
*Provide health and medication education to clients
*Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
*Maintain accurate and timely documentation
*Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
*Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
*Perform additional duties as assigned
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
* One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment setting preferred
