• Collaborate with leadership and proposal teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all written content.
• Support tracking tools and provide regular updates on documentation and proposal progress.
• Facilitate communication among teams to meet documentation and proposal requirements.
• Conduct research and utilize internal content libraries to support high-quality proposal development.
• Maintain version control and assist in preparing materials for presentations and submissions.
• Manage and organize SharePoint content, ensuring proper structure, tagging, and accessibility.
• Ensure documentation is up to date, searchable, and aligned with company standards.
• Develop and implement best practices for document organization, archiving, and retrieval. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
