Job description

Fixture Team Member 

SPAR Marketing Force is hiring Fixture Team Members to support retail remodel, reset, and fixture installation projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working long day shifts in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist with fixture installation, shelving updates, merchandising resets, and remodel projects for national retail locations.

  • Must live within 50 miles of Carmichael, CA
  • Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (days may vary based on project needs)

Responsibilities
  • Complete retail remodel and reset projects
  • Install, remove, and replace shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays
  • Perform merchandising resets following planograms and project instructions
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
  • Maintain organized work areas and communicate project updates
  • Lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, bend, climb, and perform physical work for extended periods
Qualifications
  • Previous retail remodel, construction, merchandising, fixture installation, or related experience preferred
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders/heights
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
  • Must have a personal cell phone and email address
  • Steel-toe footwear or approved inserts required
