Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Install window coverings such as blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes according to measurements and specifications
  • Measure windows accurately for new installations
  • Inspect and prepare job sites to ensure safe, clean, and efficient installations
  • Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment for daily projects
  • Troubleshoot and adjust coverings to ensure perfect operation and appearance
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools and vehicles in good condition

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in window covering installation, carpentry, or a related construction trade preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude
