Customer Service Representative โ€“ In-Office

Dustin Kirkman State Farm is seeking an upbeat, positive, and fully licensed Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Ozark, Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, brings a friendly and positive demeanor to every interaction, and is comfortable identifying opportunities to grow relationships within an existing book of business. You will assist current policyholders with service needs, coverage questions, billing concerns, policy updates, and claims support. You will also contribute to agency growth through in-book sales, with a specific focus on life insurance, as well as customer referrals and Google reviews. This is a service-focused role with clear sales and relationship-building expectations. The right candidate will understand how exceptional service and thoughtful coverage conversations can improve customer retention and create natural growth opportunities.

Licensing Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license required prior to start
  • Life & Health license required prior to start
  • Candidates must be fully licensed before their first day in office
  • Licensing guidance, resources, and support will be provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional service to existing State Farm policyholders
  • Assist with policy changes, billing questions, endorsements, renewals, and coverage questions
  • Support customers through the claims process and follow up as needed
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure coverage remains accurate and complete
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage within the existing book of business
  • Initiate needs-based conversations with current customers
  • Meet monthly in-book sales goals, with an emphasis on Life insurance
  • Ask satisfied customers for referrals and Google reviews
  • Maintain accurate documentation in State Farm systems
  • Follow up consistently on service requests and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless customer experience
