Empire Connect Agency is seeking professional, detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to help support customers of various clients! In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, assisting with account inquiries, product support, billing questions, and general customer needs. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work from the comfort of your home. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls from to support customers of various clients

  • Accurately enter information into our client database

  • Provide a high level of customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism

  • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environment

  • Demonstrating consistent, high-level performance may lead to enhanced opportunities and expanded roles.


RequirementsRequirements
  • Minimum of 6 months remote call center experience or 1 year of in-office (brick-and-mortar) call center experience

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong soft skills, including active listening, patience, and professionalism

  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, effectively addressing customer questions and concerns

  • Quiet, dedicated home office environment suitable for handling customer interactions

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
