Sales Operations Specialist
Dunbridge, OH
Principle Business Enterprises (PBE) is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our Branded Incontinence sales team. You’ll work closely with our Manager of Sales Operations on everything from CRM maintenance and reporting to contract coordination and customer outreach.
What You’ll Do
Sales Enablement amp; Execution
  • Support sales representatives by helping prepare materials and tools that assist with customer conversations
  • Maintain and organize information related to key accounts and ongoing initiatives so the team can access what they need
  • Help identify ways to make sales processes more efficient and consistent
CRM amp; Pipeline (HubSpot)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including opportunities, activities, and customer information
  • Help build and update dashboards that give the team visibility into pipeline activity and sales rep performance
  • Support tracking of marketing program effectiveness within the sales pipeline
Contracting amp; Customer Support
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of contracts, bids, and proposals
  • Manage contract documentation to ensure it is accurate, complete, and processed on time
  • Serve as a point of contact for basic customer inquiries related to contracts
Customer Engagement amp; Retention
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email to support lead qualification and customer relationship maintenance
  • Help monitor customer health indicators and flag potential at-risk accounts to the sales team
Sales Reporting amp; Analytics
  • Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards covering pipeline performance, revenue trends, and KPIs
  • Support month-end reporting, forecasting, and executive summaries in partnership with sales leadership
  • Ensure indirect sales reporting is accurate and complete, including tracing and rebate data
  • Maintain databases used for reporting across Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, CRM administration, or a related role; recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in sales, data, or business operations
  • Comfort with data and basic analytics; experience with Excel, HubSpot or other CRM tools, or reporting platforms is a plus
