The main function of a program manager is to oversee and coordinate multiple related projects within an organization to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and deliver beneficial change. Job Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals.
โ€ข Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program.
โ€ข Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams.
โ€ข Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
โ€ข Identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed.
โ€ข Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectations.
