Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a talented Chef Manager to support food service operations for Marion County School District in Marion, SC. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals across a multi-site district serving a diverse student population. This leader will bring creativity to menu execution, support operational efficiency, and help lead and develop a dedicated hourly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader passionate about student wellness, team engagement, and elevating the K-12 dining experience!

What You'll Do
  • be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
