Salary Range: $120,000 โ€“ $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated defense litigation attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is ready to take on substantive responsibility while continuing to develop their litigation skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage defense litigation matters from inception through resolution, primarily in insurance defense and trucking/transportation litigation
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
  • Work independently while collaborating with partners and support staff

Practice Areas:

  • Insurance defense (auto, general liability, premises liability)
  • Trucking and transportation defense
  • Commercial litigation
