  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with fleet operations, logistics, government relations, and product teams to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with regulations.
  • Reporting & Data Use: Analyze warehouse data, repair output, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and control costs.
  • Special Projects: Manage warehouse-focused initiatives such as Backlog Reduction Plans, Tool Management, PPE Standardization, and Fleet Refurbishment Projects.

About You:
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial & systems engineering, logistics, transportation, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong data analysis skills: intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution.
  • Knowledge of how a P&L functions
  • Ability to understand metrics and KPIs and the levers to pull to drive results
  • Comfortable with working on site and in a warehouse environment
  • Analytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics) and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment with a high degree of self-direction.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language skills

Preferred Experience:
  • SQL or business intelligence tools experience
  • Familiarity with city regulations and compliance frameworks in mobility, transportation, or related industries
