  • Monitor classroom supplies and materials to ensure teachers have what they need
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  • Help address day-to-day challenges and keep the school running smoothly
  • Serve as the third level of management when the School Director and Assistant Director are unavailable
This Is a Great Next Step If You...
  • Are currently a Lead Teacher, Group Leader, Director Designee, or experienced childcare professional
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility and helping others succeed
  • Want to move beyond the classroom and develop your leadership skills
  • Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate well and build strong relationships with families and team members
  • Are comfortable making decisions and stepping up when needed
  • Have a passion for early childhood education
  • Want a company where you can grow your career from within
What You'll Need
  • Must meet applicable state and COA age requirements
  • Must meet state requirements for Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher, as applicable
  • Must maintain required state in-service training
  • Previous childcare experience required
  • Management or leadership experience preferred
  • CDA credential completed or in progress, or a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
