About Us:
21st Century Neurology and Neurozone.org, divisions of Xenoscience Inc, has provided expert neurological care for over 23 years. Led by Dr. Stephen Flitman, the practice specializes in cognitive disorders, migraines, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and general neurology—with a strong emphasis on clinical research and advanced treatments.
• Affiliation: St. Joseph’s Hospital (no hospital call required)
• Research: 20+ clinical trials, 5 research coordinators, with separate research compensation
• EMR: Intuitive EMR for Neurologists – Easy to use
• Collaborative & Supportive Environment: Collaborate with a dedicated team while enjoying robust resources and ongoing support.
 
Position and Benefits:
• Focus: Pain management, Migraines, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, Parkinson's
• Salary: $290K for the first six months, with adjustments based on scheduling growth
• Contract: 2-year commitment (90-day exit notice)
• Options: W-2 full-time or 1099 independent contractor
• Housing Stipend: $600/month, payable to the rental or housing authority (not the doctor), for housing within 10 miles of 85004
• Clinic Ownership: Potential after four years, contingent on performance
