Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting with marketing tactics that support the acquisition of patients within the neuroscience service line. This position will also assist with extending the Barrow Neurological Institute brand.

In this position you will support the Barrow Neurological Institute Marketing Team and will work closely with Barrow Neurological Institute leaders, physicians, and stakeholders, as well as the Ivy Brain Tumor Center and Barrow Neurological Foundation Marketing teams.

To be successful in this role you will be required to provide comprehensive support and assistance for day-to-day marketing activities, data aggregation and analysis, reporting, internal/external digital communications, social media, inbox inquiries, website maintenance, and patient acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

Supports social media editor with responses on platforms, and coordinating scheduling of social media content calendar using tools like Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Suite, etc.
Assists with the implementation of plans and schedules; employs project management techniques to achieve project completion on schedule and on budget. 
Assists in drafting, editing, and proofreading copy for various purposes (e.g., website updates, social media posts, announcements, posters, letters, invitations, brochures, advertisements, etc.). 
Supports the Barrow Neurological Institute Marketing Team with day-to-day tasks, calendar management, Info Inbox responses, facilitating meetings, advertising campaigns, reporting, project management, and research.
Assists with paid digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google), SEO, and other digital marketing initiatives. 
Supports Barrow Neurological Institute Marketing Team with video and photo-related production, including patient communications, organizing and filing marketing consents, assisting videographer and photographer as requested on video and photo projects, image tagging, etc.
Assists with and reports on key performance metrics for marketing and communications activities. Recommends adjustments to strategies as needed to achieve goals. 
Works collaboratively with colleagues in other Barrow-related marketing departments,corporate communications team, Barrow leadership, Barrow physicians and specialists, and internal and external stakeholders.
Works with digital marketing leads to respond to all Google Business inquiries and reviews and routes requests to relevant stakeholders according to standard operating procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned, including special project support.
