In inbound sales or customer service roles, it is possible to earn around $4,000 weekly through commissions, bonuses, or high-volume sales, especially in industries like real estate, insurance, or high-ticket sales. These positions often require strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to work independently, with some roles offering performance-based pay structures that can reach this level without a degree.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Inbound Customer Service Representative, and why are they important?

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, call center software, and basic computer proficiency is typically required. Patience, active listening, and a positive attitude are crucial soft skills for building rapport and resolving customer issues effectively. These skills ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's reputation and success.

Pinnacle Collective is hiring Realtors for its inbound lead division serving Milwaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin, and the surrounding Wisconsin markets.

This role is designed for agents who want warm transfer opportunities, ISA support, strong training, and a team structure that helps them convert more leads into real appointments and clients.

Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is building a modern real estate team for agents who want coaching, accountability, and real operational support.

The Opportunity:

Pinnacle Collectiveโ€™s inbound lead division is powered by multiple lead sources, including:

The teamโ€™s ISAs work high-volume inbound opportunities and help move leads closer to appointment-ready before transferring them to agents.

Agents can expect approximately 20+ warm transfer leads per month.

What Makes This Different:

Pinnacle Collective supports agents with the structure to improve in those areas.

  13. Special coaching sessions
  14. Glover U event opportunities
Training:

New agents begin with a full day of onboarding covering the teamโ€™s systems, tools, workflows, and best practices.

Newer agents also participate in the seven-week Sales Rocket program, designed to help them build skill, confidence, and production habits faster.

Ongoing coaching keeps agents focused on follow-up, conversion, client service, and consistent execution.

Markets Served:

Pinnacle Collective serves:

  1. Milwaukee
  2. Brookfield
  3. New Berlin
  4. Milwaukee County
  5. Waukesha County

  5. Comfortable working buyer and seller conversations
  6. Interested in the greater Milwaukee market
  7. Willing to use the team systems
