This role is designed for agents who want warm transfer opportunities, ISA support, strong training, and a team structure that helps them convert more leads into real appointments and clients.


Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is building a modern real estate team for agents who want coaching, accountability, and real operational support.
