Job description


Lake Pleasant RV Park is looking for a new customer service representative.  We offer year-round sustainable employment for all of our employees. We are looking for long-term, full-time, and part-time employees. Are you looking for a new adventure?
We are a family-owned business serving the RV Community on a nightly, weekly, and seasonal basis. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with guests from all over the world, have a pleasant and welcoming demeanor, and be willing to work in a team environment. Weekend and (some) holiday work is a mustPropane tank filling training and pumping ability is a requirement for this position.
 
Qualifications for consideration:
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule reservations
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Customer Service (create a pleasant, welcoming environment for guests)
  • Computer experience (especially Excel, google suite, and any new programs)
  • Ability to pump propane into cylinders and motor homes (lifting of tanks is necessary)
  • Multitasking/sense of urgency/pro-activeness
  • Cleaning office/Laundry room
  • General building maintenance/restroom cleaning
  • Knowledge of the surrounding cities and ability to give directions
  • General knowledge of RVs is a significant plus
  • Work in a team-based environment
  • Work with limited directions, learning the system and being proactive
  • Pay is determined based on experience
