Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ability to complete Powered Industrial Truck training, test and obtain license
  • Load and unload goods from inbound/outbound trucks
  • Knowledge of FIFO
  • Complete shipping/receiving paperwork in Plex
  • Receive, move and ship inventory in Plex
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Responsible for promoting a safe work environment and preventing injuries through 5S
  • Ensure Shipping and receiving windows are covered
  • Manage cycle count schedules monthly (ABC classifications as to what gets counted and when)
  • Problems solving losses/gains greater than $1000 (using worksheet)
  • Perform Hot counts material shortages
  • Prep for Physical inventory and help preform
  • Take on task define by the supervisor
ELIGIBILITY/CRITERIA QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be capable of physically performing all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
  • Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures
  • If selected, candidate must remain in new role for minimum of 6 months before pursuing other hourly production positions.
