Job Title: Overnight Operations Supervisor

Reports To: Branch Manager

Employment Classification: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Overnight Operations Supervisor oversees nightly logistics operations, ensuring shipment accuracy, security compliance, and operational efficiency. This role provides hands-on supervision and supports execution of domestic logistics processes.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nightly inbound and outbound shipment operations
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and chain of custody
  • Monitor shipment handling to prevent loss or misrouting
  • Support tracking and scanning procedures
  • Coordinate with UPS personnel and internal teams
  • Escalate operational issues and discrepancies
  • Assist in reporting and documentation
  • Support training of operational staff
