Friedman Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and handsโ€‘on Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth strategy and help position our company at the forefront of modern marketing.

This is a unique opportunity for a digitally savvy marketer who understands not only SEO, content marketing, social media, paid media, inbound marketing, and demand generationโ€”but also how AI is transforming the way businesses are discovered, evaluated, nurtured, and selected.

Weโ€™re looking for someone who can build strategy and execute. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating compelling content, scaling marketing output through AI-enabled workflows, improving digital visibility, driving qualified lead generation, nurturing prospects through the funnel, and supporting measurable revenue growth across multiple business lines.

This role will work closely with Friedmanโ€™s leadership, marketing team, and new business development professionals to create campaigns, content, and digital strategies that help generate awareness, engagement, qualified opportunities, and business growth.

This position offers hybrid flexibility, but requires the ability to work at our Corporate Headquarters. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Farmington Hills, MI.

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
  • Creating and managing compelling content that resonates with key commercial real estate audiences, including:

  • Managing paid media initiatives, including paid search, paid social, retargeting, sponsored content, and other performance-driven digital advertising campaigns

  • Experience developing and executing campaignsโ€”not just managing vendors

  • Experience with paid search, paid social, retargeting, email marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, and performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of how to build campaigns that move prospects through the buyer journeyโ€”from awareness to consideration to conversion
