Role Summary
This is a central support role responsible for managing office operations, delivering exceptional customer care, and leading marketing and advertising execution. This role supports both the day-to-day rhythm of the office and the forward momentum of executing our marketing strategy.
Youโ€™ll work directly with external partners to execute & ensure our brand is consistent, compelling, and backed by operational excellence. Whether itโ€™s managing inbound communications, organizing digital files, launching a new campaign, or coordinating a video shoot, you play a critical part in helping us raise the standard of what a roofing company can be.
This role has the potential to evolve into a Marketing Manager or Operations Lead position based on performance, initiative, and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Customer Care
  • Front-line customer service - Serve as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls, emails, and web leads, distributing them efficiently
  • Right hand in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including direct mail, social media, email campaigns, neighborhood outreach programs & sponsorships.ย 
  • Maintain CRM records, track and report on key metrics, performance and adjust where needed.ย 
  • Manage web platforms, business profiles, social media accounts & campaigns
  • Coordinate photography and video shoots, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing partners and track deliverables and performance
  • Work closely with outside vendors for literature, signage & print materials.
  • Coordinating local sponsorships, community events or tradeshows handling all related logistics.
  • Research and reports of projects (e.g., customer survey data, competitor analysis, vendor comparisons).
Office & Administrative Support
  • Create and maintain documentation and presentations: checklists, policies/procedures, spreadsheets, tracking tools and filing systems
  • Ensuring legal compliance with Subcontractor COIs, Insurance Audits and licensing
  • Ownership of initial onboarding of new hires, launching Job postings, preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring readiness.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and handbook updates.
  • Manage companyโ€™s vehicle fleet, including maintenance schedules and compliance
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance or technical issues.
  • Monitor inventory of office, supplies and facility-related needs and place orders as required
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2+ years in administration, marketing coordination or similar role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detailย 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, & able to work independently
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first approach
  • A creative eye for style, visual balance & brand consistency in marketing materials
  • Experience working with outside vendors/designers
  • Ability to coordinate multiple ongoing tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in construction, home services, or a small business environment is a bonus
